right on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
With it's pretty floral terraces overlooking the
canal, the aim at the restaurant is to provide personal service and a great ambiance, as well as ‘cuisine raffinée’.

Valerie Valerie and Craig own and run the restaurant which they created in 2004. Craig is a widely experienced
chef having carried out his apprenticeship under a member of the ‘Acadamie Culinaire de France'. He has since worked
in a range of establishments including Michelin-starred restaurants in London and the QE2 cruise ship.

Pendant la saison le restaurant
est fermé toute la journée de Dimanche et le Lundi
midi.

Le service est entre 12-14h le
midi et de 19h le soir.

Les réservations sont conseillée.

Le cybercafé et les chambres d'hotes ne sont plus disponibles. Il y a maintenant un cybercafé à Olonzac (1.5km) et nous pouvons recommander des chambres d'hotes
dans le village.
